My dear friend, Michelle O'Shea, received "Flash" for Christmas this year. I just so "happened" to have my camera on me and enjoyed taking some photos while joining them for lunch at their place in Snohomish yesterday.

Darwin and Caryl Thornton

Darwin and Caryl Thornton were such a pleasure to work with back in November. The greenbelt behind their home was a wonderful place to shoot and their love for each other was so much fun to capture... not to mention, rather easy! They didn't stop smiling - until I asked them to pose otherwise. And I'd like to give special mention to Samantha... their aging and beloved black labrador. Good job, girl.

The Nordyke Family - Old Fairhaven

It was a nostalgic time with the Nordyke family as we shot down in Old Fairhaven, just South of Bellingham... my old stomping grounds! The day was so fun since these people are some of those closest to my heart -- the laughter was easy and the surroundings made for fantastic composition in the photos.
